Lac

The lac is the national bird of Vietnam. This mythical creature is often seen on the famous Dong Son drums. It is still a mystery to which bird the depiction of Lac can be traced back. Researchers suspect that the Lac is a crane.

This small paring knife is ideal for peeling and slicing fruit and vegetables, garnishing and other food prep tasks. Despite its small size, the knife can also be used to easily process harder foods such as potatoes.
