Ho is the Vietnamese word for Tiger.
The tiger occupies an essential place in Vietnamese mythology. For centuries the tiger was a constant threat to man and livestock and was feared but also revered as a strong and powerful creature. Many legends and stories are about tigers and tiger sculptures can be found on many temples and pagodas in Vietnam.
This classic, Asian knife design, the Ho, is tailored for versatile use in the kitchen. Its pointed tip is ideal for skinning and removing tendons. It also effortlessly handles the preparation of fish, meat, and a wide variety of vegetables, ensuring reliable performance for diverse culinary needs.
Each of our knives is handcrafted in a traditional blacksmith village in northern Vietnam.
