Ho
Ho is the Vietnamese word for Tiger.
The tiger occupies an essential place in Vietnamese mythology. For centuries the tiger was a constant threat to man and livestock and was feared but also revered as a strong and powerful creature. Many legends and stories are about tigers and tiger sculptures can be found on many temples and pagodas in Vietnam.
This classic, Asian knife shape of the Ho is made for versatile use in the kitchen. The tip is good for skinning and removing skin and tendons. With the Ho you can also easily process fish, meat and vegetables.

Lac
The lac is the national bird of Vietnam. This mythical creature is often seen on the famous Dong Son drums. It is still a mystery to which bird the depiction of Lac can be traced back. Researchers suspect that the Lac is a crane.
This small paring knife is ideal for peeling and slicing fruit and vegetables, garnishing and other food prep tasks. Despite its small size, the knife can also be used to easily process harder foods such as potatoes.
