Si is the Vietnamese word for Water Dragon.

The Si is a mythical sea creature with a dragon head, a long body, and a rounded tail. According to legend, the Si can create rain by striking its tail on the water. To protect against fires, many pagodas and historical buildings in Vietnam have a Si placed on their roofs.

This fillet knife is perfect for preparing sushi, sashimi, or filleting fish. It’s also versatile in meat preparation, including boning, skinning, tendon removal, and steak preparation.

Each of our knives is meticulously crafted by hand in a traditional blacksmith workshop in Cao Bang, Northern Vietnam, using sustainable practices.
